The Confirmit ACE Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs and recognize companies that have established outstanding initiatives to measure customer feedback and to act upon those insights to increase satisfaction, improve operational efficiencies, and to enhance revenue growth.

AskingCanadians and Corby were selected among the recipients of this year’s awards in recognition of a customer feedback survey tool created within the AskingCanadians platform called The Corby Panel. The initiative was established in an effort to help Corby better target and directly dialogue with consumers without having to create their own branded research panel and to provide Corby with access to as many Canadians as possible based upon their proprietary segmentation model.

To date, Corby has used the panel to pre-test new products, packaging changes, campaigns, taglines, etc. and has had the ability to course-correct as needed based on panellist feedback.
