New hires, new panel partnerships on tap for AskingCanadians as double-digit growth continues

by Adam Froman.

AC-003In June, we celebrated the 10th anniversary since we launched the AskingCanadians panel as a customer-centric research community back in 2005. The celebration marked a milestone for us and was even more meaningful because, in the first six months of 2015, our AskingCanadians business has continued to experience double-digit growth.

This growth has been driven by:

  • a 15 per cent increase in the number of new Canadian clients,
  • a 50 per cent increase in the number of projects over the same period last year,
  • and 50 per cent growth in our AskingAmericans business.

To support this growth, over 100,000 new panellists have been recruited into AskingCanadians since January, keeping our response rates well above industry averages. This has been achieved through our relationships with our incentive partners. Petro-Points and Hudson’s Bay Rewards continue to actively recruit through a variety of customer touchpoints and marketing channels, and the renewal of our Aeroplan partnership – a partner since 2007 – resulted in a significant addition of new Aeroplan members joining AskingCanadians.

In May, we issued a Request for Information looking for new loyalty program partners interested in working with AskingCanadians. As we continue to invest in the panel in the coming months, we are looking forward to announcing the outcome and the addition of new panel partners.

As the demand for our services continues to grow, one of our key measures is our client satisfaction rating, which is based upon a survey we ask our clients to complete following every project. Our goal is to maintain a 90 per cent satisfaction rating, and we have been achieving that consistently this year.

While our sales and operations teams have earned the reputation for providing quality service and delivering results our clients can trust, we are looking to add a number of new members to our team this fall in order to maintain our service levels.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

While we manage the economic uncertainty in Canada, and await the outcome of the upcoming federal election, we remain committed to not only investing in our growth, but in helping to ensure that Canadian market researchers, or companies looking to conduct research on Canadians, have access to the highest quality service and panel in the marketplace.
