Located in downtown Toronto, AskingCanadians, a Delvinia company, is an online data collection firm with access to a research community of 600,000 Canadians. AskingCanadians is dedicated to enabling market researchers to quickly gather and deliver high quality information from Canadian consumers.

Our core service offerings include survey programming and hosting, online tools for testing rich media creative, one-on-one interviewing, custom recruitment and online panel management.

Job Description

As a Sales Manager for AskingCanadians, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting sales targets established by management for all data collection services
  • Marketing (collateral development, tradeshows, media, messaging to clients/prospects…)
  • Service/client delivery
  • Quality of service/standards
  • Continuous networking for business development and potential recruits
  • Supporting hiring and managing sales associates
  • You will also have input into the following:
    • new product development
    • panel recruitment strategy
    • thought leadership / business strategy


Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team.

Salary Range

Base salary based upon experience
