The Changing Face of Market Research – MRIA Speaker Series Presentation Slides

Last month, AskingCanadians CEO Adam Froman shared his perspective on the future of market research in a series of talks hosted by the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association‘s (MRIA) Alberta and Prairie Chapters.

Adam’s presentation, The Changing Face of Market Research in a Consumer-Centric Society, focused on the future of online panels in relation to the impact of mobile research and the rise of social media to capture consumer feedback. Adam also shared strategies for increasing respondent participation and outlined the pitfalls to watch out for in the digital age.
